  1. Just checking on their site Price 400 baht and 3-4 hour journey time :/ Contacted a taxi company, Toms taxi, and they quotes 1300 baht and a 2.5/3 hour taxi journey, probably quicker if we go later in the evening.
  2. Thanks for the info Briguy :) approx how long did it take and are there many services a day?
  3. Hiya guys Just looking at options for getting from BKK down to Pattaya At the moment I am thinking of getting the Bus from Ekkamai station, it costs approx 120 baht and takes 2.5/3 hours. Are there any good options with taxis? and what price would be the norm for such a Journey? There will be two people travelling and we are staying close to Nana Plaza, perhaps in low season there is better value. once again thanks for any suggestions
  4. Have been checking out some youtube videos and the airport link website, seems very straight forward and only 75 Bhat
  5. Thanks for all the replies, I really appreciate the info. I think the taxi is the way to go especially after approx 30 hours of travelling. the plan is 3 days in BKK then onto Pattaya for 5 days and then on to Phuket for the remainder of the holiday.
  6. Hiya guys myself and one of my friends will be arriving in BKK this Sunday, so just trying to do some final research. we Will be arriving in the evening so I'm assuming hopping in a cab would be the handiest option as there shouldn't be much traffic on the roads. I have seen a few videos on youtube suggesting to avoid the 'taxi mafia' and get a cab from departures on the upper level of the airport. is this off any benefit? and what would you expect the fare to be for two people. Staying very close to Nana Plaza. thank you for your help
