LINE mobile phone number

Need to reinstall LINE on a new phone. Right now it's registered to a Thailand mobile number. I know LINE will send a verification text to the mobile number. I'm not in Thailand now. What to do? I don't want to change my LINE number to my main mobile number in my home country. I want a separate mobile number for my LINE. I tried to use a Skype or Google Voice number but it does not allow it. It seems it only allows official registered mobile numbers from major carriers in each country.

Any ideas?

First off, I love BKK, I've lived here for a year now and I lived more in 1 year than I lived in the prior 46. So this is not a criticism, but a genuine tech support question.

I bought the AIS mesh fiber package, which works great on paper (I get 2gbp down, 1 gbs up as promised on the router). BUT they only gave me ONE router, and it's a "mesh" package.
So I learned enough thai to be dangerous (lol) and called them, to give me a second (and third) router to mesh them. They insist it's only ONE router. I get it, might be lost in translation, they are talking about routers in repeating mode.

But still. They won't give me more. Even if I pay. So I'm confused - how did you fix this? Can I just go buy repeaters and do it myself? seems wasteful.

Sideline doesn't load images and fiwfans doesn't load?

I'm in Bangkok and started having this issue a few days ago.

Sideline worked even on hotel wifi, fiwfans only on 5G

But now sideline doesn't load images anymore. Fiwfans doesn't work anymore at all on 5G or wifi

I've tried incognito mode, other browser and even VPN but same result.

Anyone had this issue before?

WeChat is not popular in Thailand, but still very useful to have. Some Thai girls with Singapore and China connections use it in Thailand.

iPhone 6. I used to always be able to upload photos to my posts when posting from my phone but now when I try I get an error message “The server returned an error during upload”. I’m following the same procedure as normal but keep getting this message.

Anyone have the same problem or can advise what to do?

Best Internet Sim For 7 Days from BKK Airport

Hi,

I recall picking up just a basic sim card (non tourist) from BKK airport and applying a promo for 7 days unlimited internet.

This worked out similar to the tourist sim cards sold at the airport but appeared to be more cost effective - anyone have any information on 7 day promos currently available etc?

So i try to access it and I get to the BA home page fine... but when I try to click through to the forum login I get some sort of fatal error.

fatal error: method hookGlobalGlobalForumMessage does not exist in dp33_gidebars ect....

But from my desktop it's fine. What gives?

Clicking a hyper link in a post

I know this is nitpicking, but I was wondering if it's possible for the forum to have web links automatically opened in a new tab or browser window. Currently (same as on Pattaya-Addicts), following a hyperlink in a post opens the new link in the same tab/window that contains the post, so you have to use the back button to get back to the forum. Otherwise, you have to right-click and open in a new tab. Yes, I feel like a bitch even mentioning it, but what the hell, I thought I'd ask anyway.
